When can I start getting applications for the schools we want to apply to?
Some schools have applications ready to download in the Summer while others are not available until the Fall. Please refer to each schools website to get exact dates. You can find links to the schools under Secondary Schools in our navigation menu.
My child's online account says that it is still missing letters of recommendation?
Our Outplacement Team works hard to get each recommendation letter in before the deadline and we assure you each school you apply to will receive it. If you would like confirm we received your letter of recommendation request please contact Debbie Martinez via email or at 310-454-1350 x143.
My child's online account says you haven't submitted official transcript?
St. Matthew's 1st semester typically ends after most secondary schools deadlines. For this reason, the status in your profile will not say completed. We are in contact with each school and make them aware that as soon as transcripts are available we will provide it to them.
How can I get my son's official transcript to submit to Loyola?
If you have not informed us you are applying to Loyola please do so immediately. If you have informed us then we have uploaded your sons transcript to his QuickSchools account. You will find this document under View Complete Record -> Documents Tab

Should my child take the ISEE's twice?
While only one ISEE result is needed it doesn't hurt to take the test twice. In some cases it has turned out to be a positive outcome as the student knows what to expect.
How do I know if ISEE results have been sent to the schools we are applying to?
Since ISEE results are sent directly to the school we have no way of knowing when they are available. You may request to have a copy sent to St. Matthew's as well as the schools you are applying to. This helps in case you ever need a copy forwarded to other schools in the future.
